Agency is a desk for one editor, plus an optional unlisted preview. It is not a team cloud account.
One seat
One computer at a time, Mac or Windows. The license is for the purchaser's production work, including client work. You may not resell it. Staff cannot treat this as five logins.
Unlisted links
Anyone with the URL can watch until the link expires, you close the review, or you ask us to delete it. Default 14 days. Not a logged-in client portal.
What leaves
Preview files you choose to upload, comments, license checks, and whatever AI features send to OpenAI with your key. The master is not uploaded to us for clipping. Details in the Privacy Policy.

Do I have to use Agency?
No. Agency is optional. Personal Create still works if you never open it. Use Agency when you clip for more than one brand and want client work kept apart from your own clips.
Does the client get the source video?
No. Clipping runs on the editor computer. A review link uploads only the preview clips you select, plus comments. The master is not uploaded to Clippingli for clipping.
Who can open a review link?
Links are unlisted. Anyone with the URL can watch until the link expires, you close the review, or you ask us to delete it. Default expiry is 14 days unless you set another period in the app. This is not a logged-in client portal.
Can an agency use one license for client work?
Yes. The license is for the purchaser's content-production work, including client work. You may not resell the license. One seat: one computer at a time, Mac or Windows. Activation limits are the ones shown at checkout.
Is Agency a cloud clipper?
No. Jobs still run on the licensed Mac or PC. Optional preview files you choose to upload are hosted so a client can watch in a browser. License checks and OpenAI usage are separate. See the Privacy Policy.
